Well, what do I say about these?... Simple really, if you can afford it -do it! Remember the outcome is as good as the photo you provide. But what you head up with a small solid object which with the light on is good, I've made a small mod to mine to stop the light shining out of the top which has improved things. Would i order another... Yep.

Nice lights it up really well

It definately made the crystal image take on a whole now life! It gives off a beautiful glow, and has several settings for colours. My only criticism would be that the button can be a bit sensitive (to turn off/on or change settings), and it can sometimes take a bit of work for it to recognise/sense you've touched it, and turn off or change colour. But it absolutely transforms the crystal image, makes it much easier to see the image, and it becomes a real centrepiece!

Very good but when I ordered it thought I also ordered the light box but had to re-order it as didn’t turn up !!!

Took ages to arrive in the post, it was a Xmas present. The LED platform doesn't work in all usb slots for some reason, not sure why but it's great when it does work. Also the video on Facebook is what caught my attention, especially as you rotate and the pet inside follows you but I was disappointed that mine doesn't do that.

There is no phone number to contact, no one answered my emails, product is ok, however would never use you again…..you have a total disregard for customer service, just give us the money and we will send you the product when we get around to it, terrible,terrible,terrible ‍♂️ such a shame. I bought it as a gift. I was pleased with it but I think the 3D would have been much better than rhe 2D that I purchased. I had 2 dogs displayed in 2D and it was quite small but good. Would definitely go 1 dog and 3D next time.

Arrived in good time, well packaged and very impressed with the end product, as I was initially worried how the photo I sent would be interpreted when etched on the crystal. At an emotional time this is a fitting reminiscent for someone who meant a great deal to the family. I would thoroughly recommend.

I have bought this as a gift for my daughter, it’s has a picture of her old dog. I saw a friend who has bought one and was so impressed by hers.

Such a lovely memory, looks so nice on the bedside cabinet, would have given 5 star rating had the base come with the usb lead to operate without batteries, had to buy a lead, otherwise it's fabulous

I'd bought a 3D crystal and thought it really needed the light to make it perfect, and it has; wished I'd bought it in the first place.

I ordered a crystal of Blue my German Shepherd when he passed away. It arrived and was beautiful but had to go back and order the led light as you do need it and it makes a big difference. Now when I turn the light on I see Blue in all his glory.

The changing lights make it more special, you can have it on your favourite colour continuously or let it do a random run.

We were so pleased with the two products we bought from Paradise Pets that we thought that we would enhance them with the special Lights. We could not have honored our lovely Pets in a better way. Thank you Paradise Pets.
